NASHP Issues Fact Sheet on Coverage for the Remaining Uninsured

NASHP: The National Academy for State Health Policy published a fact sheet on public and private initiatives that are helping the remaining uninsured gain health coverage.  The fact sheet highlights how initiatives from California, Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, South Carolina, and Virginia are reaching out to and serving the uninsured. The remaining uninsured pose a unique challenge as they are more likely to live at or below 138% of the federal poverty line, speak Spanish, and have less than a high school education.
