KidsWell Partners represent over 30 state and national children’s advocacy organizations. Our state Partners are active in California, Florida, Maryland, Mississippi, New Mexico, New York, and Texas!

  • Is California Making the Grade? Children Now Published Report Card on Children's Well-Being

    CA: Children Now published the 2014 California Children’s Report Card on the status of children’s well-being in California. The report card issued grades across 27 health, welfare, and educational factors to inform California’s policy decisions and keep children’s issues a priority.  Though California received a B+ for children’s health insurance coverage, the report emphasized the need to streamline eligibility and enrollment and prioritize funding for public health insurance programs.
