The Center pursues this mission through independent research, policy analysis and development, public education, advocacy, coalition-building and technical assistance.     TX: The Center for Public Policy Priorities released a two-minute trailer on a 30 minute documentary -  A Fighting Chance – which talks about families living in poverty in Texas and what they need to do to ensure that they have their most basic needs.
  • CPPP Launched a New Website with Resources to Provide Information and Tools to Continue Working Toward a Better Texas

    Texas: The Centers for Public Policy Priorities (CPPP) launched a new website, which includes the new Better Texas Blog and Story Forum. These new resources are aimed at providing more information and tools on continuing to work for a better Texas. CPPP will also hold a documentary screening and discussion on December 6th about families living in poverty in Texas and what they need to do to ensure that they have their most basic needs.
